The Bath Stone Group supports Billy Chip

The Billy Chip foundation was founded in 2018, in the memory of Billy Abernethy-Hope, a 20-year-old ambulance driver with a passion and drive for helping the homeless.

Billy’s dream was to create a safe and unique currency that would help members of the public donate directly to those sleeping rough without the fear that their donation would be used for drugs and alcohol. And thus ‘The Billy Chip’ was born.

The foundation work with numerous outlets throughout England where the recipient can redeem a BillyChip in coffee shops and takeaways for food and drink.

Our donation will go towards expanding the Billy Chip Foundation in the hopes that the BillyChip will soon be nationally recognised and providing direct help to those in need.
